Union Home Loan is a private money, equity-based lender. Established in 1991, we have funded over $500 Million in loans. All lending decisions are made by Union Home Loan, Inc. and are never referred to brokers or institutions. Our lending decisions are generally made instantly. We take any lending situation no matter how complicated and find a way to make the loan. Our rates vary depending on the type of property, term of loan and general situation. We aren’t always the cheapest, but we are very effective. The average funding time from application is 10 days. Our loans are primarily based upon the equity in the property. Credit and income are not the major factors. We’ll make or arrange loans from $20,000 to $3,000,000. We pay referral fees to licensed lenders and real estate brokers.
