Previously named Rudy Uttke & Sons, Inc., Uttke Heating & Cooling has served Milwaukee’s South Shore for three quarters of a century. Rudy Uttke & Sons was started in 1946. Uttke, Sr. Rudy started the heating and cooling business in the basement of his home at 2756 South Herman Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As the business grew, Rudy Uttke & Sons moved to a new location, 2704 E. Norwich Ave., in St. Francis and the Uttke family ran their business out of that location for over 50 years.
