Vector Moving was originally established in 2010 as a sole proprietorship by Andrey Slivko, a young and ambitious self-starter who had been a professional mover since 2008. The company started operating under a license of a San-Francisco-based carrier in 2011 as their subsidiary. In early 2015 Arthur Beecherov, a business professional with over 4 years of extensive experience in managing a multi-million-dollar moving enterprise, joined the company. On October 1st, 2015 newly re-established Vector Moving and Storage officially launched operations under its own new license.
